CCF NIFES Alumni Association Update
The CCF NIFES Alumni family continues to thrive in unity, service, and shared vision. The past months have been filled with heartwarming milestones, solemn moments, and remarkable progress that remind us of the beauty of our community.
We celebrated several milestone birthdays across the alumni network, thanking God for His faithfulness in the lives of our members who continue to shine as ambassadors of Christ in their diverse fields. These celebrations were opportunities to reconnect, reflect, and rejoice over how far the Lord has brought us all.
In the same breath, we remember with gratitude and compassion our brethren who have been bereaved in recent times. We stand in solidarity with families who have laid loved ones to rest, offering prayers for comfort and peace that surpasses understanding. A few burials have taken place over the past months, while others are upcoming, and we continue to uphold the affected families in love and support.
One of the highlights of this season was the dedication of our new set of Wharfedale speakers and power amplifier, graciously provided by the alumni for the CCF fellowship at Akure. This addition, alongside the digital mixer earlier purchased by the students, has significantly upgraded the sound system at the fellowship center. To the glory of God, the equipment has been delivered, installed, and dedicated for use, marking yet another successful collaborative effort by the alumni body.
Looking ahead, preparations are already underway for our Annual General Meeting (AGM), which promises to be both refreshing and strategic. This year’s AGM will not only provide an opportunity to review our progress and chart new paths, but it will also feature the formal inauguration of our newest alumni members, who have now joined the fold. We extend a resounding welcome to them, confident that their energy and insights will further enrich our collective mission.
As we move forward, we celebrate the strength of our fellowship and the grace that continues to bind us together as one family. May we keep building, supporting, and inspiring one another as vessels of light wherever we are.
